Weekly Sponsor Promotions are due on Friday. You should have 9 screen shots of sponsor promos to turn in on one Google Doc. You may also use the Promo Tracking Template to turn in your monthly promotions. 
Interns will take you through promo sign-ups and event sign ups for this week. We are over halfway through fall sports; you need 12 hours by the end of fall sports. Are you on track to finish?

5:15- 5:30-- Arrive at front entrance of Liberty High School and escorted to the Library Media Center (LMC)

5:30 - Buffet style dinner provided by Hy-Vee

5:45 - Sports Marketing 2 Students/Teacher to speak

6:15 - Escorted to the Activity Complex entering thru the North gate

6:25 - 6:30 - Line-Up for ceremony

6:35 - Sponsors and Guests recognized in the ceremony on Hy-Vee Field

6:45 - Sponsors escorted to reserved seating or choose to stay in North end track area to enjoy the game
