TODAY'S OBJECTIVES

EVERYONE

• 4th Hour -- sign up for sponsor promos with a sports 3 intern
• 4th Hour -- first dibs on worked event sign ups for next week. Need a veteran crew for 12/4 wrestling! 
• 6 November Promos are due FRIDAY.

GAME PRODUCTION

• Put all new PA reads in ONE document and send/share it with Doug Winkler, Sara Havermann and Scott Howard. You will have to ask everyone who has new PA reads. There's 5 or 6. 
• Create an inventory list for game production
• Find a home for the wrestling runway lights and label them (label maker is in press box :)) 
• Load 2018 KC Classic graphics on show control (there's a KC Classic tab already created. Replace old buttons and graphics with the new ones)

GRAPHICS

• JV Basketball on 12/3 (Kate & ??) - 3 point Chicken Challenge sponsored by Chick Fil A. Fans can create their own sign boards like the CFA Cow. 10 fans will compete in 3-point contest at halftime. Top 5 win free dinner courtesy of CFA.
• Wrestling on 12/4 (Kage, Josh, Cam) - Spikeball Fight and Foam Fingers. Biggest meet of the year. REALLY NEED TO GET STUDENTS AT THIS MEET!! 
• Brainstorm possible graphics for the video board. What could we do for increased fan engagement using sponsors like the Mavericks did? 
• Game Day for Varsity Bball 810 Classic Tourney on 12/1

SOCIAL MEDIA

• Verify the previous days' promos
• Ensure all of next week's events are on the sponsor promo sign up spreadsheet
• Scroll through Insta and Twitter feeds -- like and RT relevant posts from other LHS organizations and BJN sponsors
• Capture the week's tweet and Instagram post with the most interaction (likes, RT's, comments)
• Make sure the sponsor promo sign up spreadsheet accounts for games that are sponsored by specific companies, as all posts should reference only that company.

PROMOTIONS

• Work with the class to come up with a promotional strategy to get students in the stands for wrestling next Tuesday. It's a big meet - Kearney is defending state champs!
• Develop themes and contests for the sponsored games:
• Sheridan's - 15 cups of custard
• Academy Sports - 3 Spikeball sets
• 12/1 Smoothie King - $30 gift card (Anders)
• 2/18 Buffalo Wild Wings - 50 wings
• Above All - 5 1-hour passes (Jacob)
• Flash Performance - 2 training sessions
• The Landing - gift card
• Determine what BJN FH sponsors have feature entitlement rights in their contracts. Get with their student rep to find out what we are doing to fulfill that feature entitlement.
• Get with Graphics team to develop promotional plans for each of the sponsored events listed above
• Come up with a name for our version of Chuck A Puck using mini basketballs.

• PA Read Updates Due Monday 11/20. Winkler will record them over break. 
• 6 November Promos will be due 11/30.

GAME PRODUCTION

• Create an inventory list for game production
• Organize storage closet - put things away in their homes. This includes headsets, batteries, cameras, tripods, cables, cords, Osmo's, flash drives, etc. 
• Make sure all trash is out of the booth and storage closet.
• Find a home for the wrestling runway lights and label them please! 
• Find a home for the old headsets and beltpacks and label them please!
• What is missing?
• Figure out how to fix tricaster; replays are going to DDR1-Blue instead of DDR2-White.

GRAPHICS

• Get with Promotions team to discuss what is needed to promote wrestling on 11/28 (Rocky & Ellie), JV Basketball on 12/3 (Kate & ??) and Wrestling on 12/4 (Kage, Josh, Cam)
• Determine who is working on what: For example, Kage is doing game day graphics for wrestling on Twitter.
