- BEST and most recent social media promo including sponsor tag or logo
- Do not send the same one you sent last month
- Winter sports recap
- Do this in one or two sentences max
- Winter sports season data is on the whiteboard for you
- Reminder of spring sponsor recognition
- FH sponsor recognition is at baseball on 4/1
- AC sponsor recognition is at girls soccer on 5/7
- Sports 3 Meeting
- Department Meetings
- Graphics -- working on jamboree or winter season recap graphics
- Social Media -- continue building out sign up spreadsheet including all varsity game day twitter assigned to Graphics team.
- Promotions -- assign point person for each promotion, communicate with coaches on needs and expectations, special baseball promos
- Production -- Equipment checklist for Activity Complex, check booth for all necessary equipment
